New Mediterranean Menu at La Cucina

Set amidst lush tropical gardens with magnificent views of the pool and the ocean, La Cucina is a restaurant situated in Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel. This restaurant serves new menu with Mediterranean theme. There are specialties, such as Mediterranean Mezze Platter, Light Lobster Bisque, “USDA ANGUS” Beef Carpaccio, and Coriander Scanted Alascan Scallop. To have the ultimate pleasure to your tastebuds, their culinary team has prepared Pan Seared Barramundi Fillet, Slow Braised “OBE Organic Grassfed” Veal Cheek, Beef Tajine with saffron, and many more as a main course. This new menu also includes the tempting Honey Infused Yogurt Parfait and Red Wine Sauce.

The man behind the delicious delights of these Mediterranean menus is Chef Wayan Suadra. Chef Suadra, as he loved to call, brings a rich collection of culinary experiences to the island. He has been cooking professionally for over 24 years. Aside from that, Chef Suadra has created a menu that displays the variety of spice and textures using only sustainable fresh produce. Resourceful in finding exceptional food and passionate about using local ingredients, because of this, he is known for his imaginative culinary work, able to turn each dish into an unique experience. “To make a good and lovely food, it must be from the heart”, said Chef Suadra.

Set amidst the lush tropical gardens, La Cucina has a serene ambience and popular setting among couples who wishes to indulge in a romantic atmosphere, which makes it the perfect place for a perfect dining. The restaurant opens from 11:00 AM until 11:00 PM.
