BookingBedroom is a hotel search site and offers information to users about various types of accommodation (such as hotels, holiday homes, etc.), tourist attractions and other services related to travel or tourism.

1. Scope of Service

• 1.1. These terms and conditions depend on periodic changes and apply to all services that we provide directly or indirectly (for example through third parties) carried out through the internet, mobile devices, e-mail or telephone.
• 1.2. By using our site, you have confirmed that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions, privacy policies and use of cookies.

2. Services and Contracts

• 2.1. On the BookingBedroom site, you can compare services offered by third parties through the BookingBedroom system.
• 2.2. BookingBedroom is not a comparison service provider. BookingBedroom services only include the possibility of comparing various services offered by third parties. In particular, there are no contracts or transactions made on the BookingBedroom site. This is based on article 651 of the German Civil Law.
• 2.3. This agreement does not affect other agreements between the hotel and the user.

3. Booking Room Community and Member Area

• 3.1. Users have the choice to join the BookingBedroom Community (which is then called “Community”) and / or create a member account in the BookingBedroom Member Area. Users registered with the Community can publish personally generated content, and actively participate in developing platforms through administrative functions. Users who have not registered with the Community can read the content at the Booking Room for free.
• 3.2. By using the Member Area BookingBedroom, users have the option to manage and save their search. In the account creation process, users are asked to provide personal information. Besides the username, there will be no personal information that will be displayed to the public. For more information, please check our privacy policy. By deleting the account, all user data will be permanently deleted.
• 3.3. A user cannot register several times. Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their personal information.
• 3.4. Users are responsible for the confidentiality of information than their accounts, especially passwords. They are also responsible for the use of their accounts relating to BookingBedroom and third parties. Users are not permitted to divulge this data for use by third parties.

If the user has agreed to receive information about BookingBedroom at the time of Community registration or when using the BookingBedroom service at other times, the user will receive product information regularly. 5. User Obligations

• 5.2. Users guarantee not to use the BookingBedroom service to claim that:

  • contains elements of immorality, pornography or SARA,
  • violates the rights of third parties, especially copyright,
  • violating any law that applies in any way or commits a crime,
  • spread viruses or other computer programs that can damage software or hardware or can interfere with computer use,
  • make research surveys or chain letters,
  • aims to collect or use personal data from other users, especially for commercial purposes.
• 5.3. Users guarantee not to use other programs or functions to get page impressions or automatic content on the BookingBedroom site.
  5.4. If there is a violation of the terms and conditions, BookingBedroom has the right to delete content without giving reasons, delaying payments received in the BookingBedroom Community and prohibiting members permanently from BookingBedroom. The right to sue for a crime still has no effect.

6. Termination

• 6.1. BookingBedroom has the right to stop user access or delete their registration within one week after receiving relevant information via email about misuse of the site. Users can also stop accessing their registration simultaneously.
  The right to stop with good intentions still has no effect.

7. Obligations

• 7.1. BookingBedroom is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, completeness, approval or credibility of the content provided by users and / or booking sites. In particular, there are no suggestions or information from BookingBedroom about choosing accommodation.
• 7.2. All agreements made through this service are between users of BookingBedroom and booking sites. In particular the BookingBedroom does not act as a regulator or travel agent. Terms and conditions of the provider or travel agent that applies exclusively, special rights to be approved or withdrawal of payments. Contacts for the order and payment process, as well as questions about the contracts that have been made are the requested booking sites. BookingBedroom remains not involved in contract agreements, agreements and claims between users and booking sites.
• 7.3. BookingBedroom cannot replace the accuracy of the contents uploaded by the reservation site or members of the Community. This charge is provided by the booking / Community site for the purpose of publishing on our site with contributions to the hotel owned. BookingBedroom has no information about this (in certain images, comments, reviews and others). The publication containing based on the user and the report on the Booking Room does not reflect the BookingBedroom’s opinion, in particular, BookingBedroom does not claim the charge as its own.
• 7.4. In particular, hyperlinks, advertising banners, information about destinations, travel destinations or service providers or provided are provided by booking sites and Community members and are not related or selected from BookingBedroom. Technically, there is no update or the price we receive from the booking site is done in real time. Therefore, someone who issued a price that appears on the booking site does not match the price requested on the BookingBedroom site. BookingBedroom cannot guarantee the accuracy of information, especially regarding prices and is supported.
• 7.5. BookingBedroom is not responsible for damage or technical disturbance which is caused not in the space of accountability BookingBedroom or damage or disturbance that occurs outside of human capabilities such as natural disasters and so on. BookingBedroom does not approve data and can carry out technical maintenance for a period of time that can be freely chosen.

8. Changes in the Terms and Conditions

• When using a Booking Room, these terms and conditions apply. Registered users will receive notifications about changes via email. Users can upload and determine the terms and conditions on their computer systems.
